一、简介
第五城公链是一条采用权益证明(PoS)机制的公链,允许用户通过质押通证(元宇宙数字地产)和节点NFT等数字资产共同参与网络维护与共识。第五城公链节点可运行在台式电脑或笔记本电脑上,目前支持Windows系统安装,节点的安装和管理通过Docker和第五城官方节点软件结合的方式实现。
二、节点角色
1.城市超级节点
(1)奖励:享有质押奖励;
(2)质押要求:
①市长(岛主)身份,由其质押一套第五城元宇宙数字地产用于激活节点;
②后期将对平台贡献极大的用户开放部分城市超级节点,如知名意见领袖(KOL)等;
(3)功能:城市超级节点是全网的核心节点,负责交易验证、区块生成、数据存储、网络治理及维持网络的整体稳定,确保第五城公链的安全性、稳定性和高效性。
2.个人超级节点
(1)奖励:享有质押奖励;
(2)质押要求:持有并质押第五城个人超级节点NFT,同时质押一套第五城元宇宙数字地产用于激活节点;
(3)功能:个人超级节点具有参与区块验证、智能合约执行、链上数据处理等功能,推动第五城公链生态系统的多元化发展。
3.轻节点
(1)奖励:享有质押奖励;
(2)质押要求:质押一套第五城元宇宙数字地产用于激活节点;
(3)功能:主要为第五城公链提供基本的区块验证服务。
4.普通节点
(1)奖励:无需质押但有部分奖励;
(2)质押要求:无;
(3)功能:主要用于第五城公链的网络监控和数据同步,为第五城公链提供基础的网络服务。
三、质押与奖励(具体规则将于后续推出)
四、经济模型
(一)代币发行
第五城公链的代币总供应量为100亿,初始供应将通过创世区块发行,后续总供应量的分配将分为几个阶段,包括开发者奖励、基金会保留、社区激励等(具体分配机制将于后续推出)。
(二)通胀与通缩机制
(1)通胀机制:每年适量增加代币供应量,用于激励矿工和验证者,维持第五城公链的持续运行和安全;
(2)通缩机制:通过销毁部分或全部交易手续费,减少市场上的代币供应,保持代币的稀缺性与价值。
(三)挖矿和验证奖励
(1)验证者通过质押通证参与网络共识,可获得区块奖励和交易手续费等,质押得越多,获得的奖励比例越高;
(2)质押的通证数量相同的情况下,按照相同等比的方式随机抽取节点进行验证交易。
(四)交易费用
所有在第五城公链上进行的交易均会产生手续费,这部分费用产生的代币部分将用于奖励矿工和验证者,部分将在需要的时候用于销毁,帮助维护第五城公链的总体价值。
(五)质押机制
(1)用户通过质押通证获得质押奖励;
(2)质押的通证将按不同类型(包括但不限于元宇宙市中心别墅、房车、外环别墅)获取不同的质押虚拟代币额度(具体对应额度将于后续公布)。
(六)惩罚机制
为确保第五城公链的稳定运行,对于出现恶意行为或离线情况的节点用户,第五城公链将会出台惩罚机制(具体机制将于后续推出)。
(七)激励机制
第五城公链将提供多种激励机制,如用户空投奖励或开发者基金等,为开发者和用户提供更多支持。
(八)流动性管理
通过去中心化金融(DeFi)平台和跨链桥为用户提供便捷的交易通道,确保市场交易顺畅,同时增加代币的市场流动性。
五、节点安装指南
(一)系统要求
操作系统:Windows10版本以上的操作系统(推荐使用64位系统)
内存:至少8GB
硬盘:1T SSD或更大的存储空间
处理器:8核以上
网络:高速、稳定的互联网连接(10M以上宽带速率)
注:服务器基本配置是启动节点的最低要求,如果不满足基本配置,节点将无法启动。
(二)安装步骤
1.检查系统版本
(1)打开“设置”->“系统”->“关于”,查看Windows版本信息;
(2)若系统未更新至最新版本,前往“设置”->“更新与安全”->点击“检查更新”。
2.安装Docker
(1)访问Docker官方网站,下载适用于Windows的Docker Desktop软件;
(2)安装Docker Desktop,并在安装过程中启用WSL2支持(Windows子系统Linux版);
(3)安装完成后,打开Docker Desktop,确保Docker正常运行。
3.下载并安装第五城公链节点软件
(1)前往第五城公链官网,下载最新版的节点安装包;
(2)运行安装包,按照提示安装第五城公链节点软件;
(3)安装完成后,启动第五城公链节点软件,绑定钱包地址。
4.运行节点
(1)打开第五城公链节点软件;
(2)软件将自动配置Docker并启动相关的区块链服务;
(3)质押相应的通证,以激活节点;
(4)确保节点在运行后保持持续在线状态,获取参与网络PoS质押的奖励。

1. Introduction
VCity is a public blockchain utilizing the Proof-of-Stake (PoS) mechanism, allowing users to participate in network maintenance and consensus by staking tokens (Vcity), tokens representing Metaverse digital real estate, and node NFTs. VCity nodes can operate on desktop or laptop computers, and currently, installation is supported on Windows systems. Node installation and management are carried out through a combination of Docker and the official VCity node software.
2. Node Roles
(1) City Super Nodes
Rewards: Eligible for staking rewards.
Staking Requirements:
(i) Must have a Mayor (or Island Owner) status, staking a set of VCity Metaverse digital real estate to activate the node.
(ii) In the future, certain City Super Nodes will be made available to highly contributing users, such as prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Functions: City Super Nodes are the core nodes of the network, responsible for transaction validation, block generation, data storage, network governance, and overall network stability, ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of the VCity public blockchain.
(2) Personal Super Nodes
Rewards: Eligible for staking rewards.
Staking Requirements: Must own and stake a VCity Personal Super Node NFT, along with staking a set of VCity Metaverse digital real estate to activate the node.
Functions: Personal Super Nodes are equipped to participate in block validation, execute smart contracts, and process on-chain data, thereby contributing to the diversification of the VCity blockchain ecosystem.
(3) Light Nodes
Rewards: Eligible for staking rewards.
Staking Requirements: Must stake a set of VCity Metaverse digital real estate to activate the node.
Functions: Primarily provides basic block validation services for the VCity blockchain.
(4) Ordinary Nodes
Rewards: No staking required but eligible for partial rewards.
Staking Requirements: None.
Functions: Mainly responsible for network monitoring and data synchronization on the VCity blockchain, offering basic network services.

4. Economic Model
(1) Token Issuance
The total supply of VCity tokens is 10 billion, with the initial supply distributed through the genesis block. The subsequent distribution of the total supply will be divided into several stages, including developer rewards, foundation reserves, community incentives, etc. (the specific allocation mechanism will be introduced later).
(2) Inflation and Deflation Mechanisms
Inflation Mechanism: An annual moderate increase in token supply is used to incentivize miners and validators, ensuring the continued operation and security of the VCity public chain.
Deflation Mechanism: Part or all of the transaction fees are burned to reduce the token supply in the market, maintaining the scarcity and value of the tokens.
(3) Mining and Validation Rewards
Validators participate in network consensus by staking tokens or VCity tokens and can earn block rewards and transaction fees. The more tokens staked, the higher the reward ratio.
Nodes with the same number of staked tokens will be randomly selected to validate transactions in proportion to their stake.
(4) Transaction Fees
All transactions on the VCity public chain incur fees. A portion of the generated tokens will be used to reward miners and validators, and a portion may be burned to help maintain the overall value of the VCity public chain when needed.
(5) Staking Mechanism
Users earn staking rewards by staking tokens or VCity tokens.
Staked tokens will acquire different virtual staking token amounts depending on the type (including, but not limited to, Metaverse central city villas, RVs, outer ring villas) (the corresponding amounts will be announced later).
(6) Penalty Mechanism
To ensure the stable operation of the VCity public chain, a penalty mechanism will be introduced for nodes that exhibit malicious behavior or go offline (the specific mechanism will be introduced later).
(7) Incentive Mechanism
The VCity public chain will offer multiple incentive mechanisms, such as airdrop rewards for users or developer funds, to provide more support for developers and users.
(8) Liquidity Management
Through decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms and cross-chain bridges, users will have access to convenient trading channels, ensuring smooth market transactions while increasing the market liquidity of tokens.
5. Node Installation Guide
(1) System Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 or later (64-bit system recommended)
Memory: At least 8 GB
Storage: 1 TB SSD or larger
Processor: 8 cores or more
Network: High-speed and stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
Note: These are the basic server configurations required to start a node. If the basic requirements are not met, the node will not be able to start.
(2) Installation Steps
Check System Version:
Open "Settings" -> "System" -> "About" to check your Windows version.
If the system is not up to date, go to "Settings" -> "Update & Security" -> Click "Check for updates."
Install Docker:
Visit the Docker official website and download the Docker Desktop software for Windows.
Install Docker Desktop and enable WSL2 support (Windows Subsystem for Linux) during the installation process.
After installation, open Docker Desktop to ensure Docker is running correctly.
Download and Install VCity Public Chain Node Software:
Go to the VCity public chain official website and download the latest node installation package.
Run the installation package and follow the prompts to install the VCity public chain node software.
After installation, start the VCity public chain node software and bind your wallet address.
Run the Node:
Open the VCity public chain node software.
The software will automatically configure Docker and start the relevant blockchain services.
Stake the corresponding tokens to activate the node.
Ensure the node remains online to receive rewards for participating in the PoS network.
6. Supplementary Provisions
Matters not covered in this manual will be supplemented and improved based on actual developments.
The final interpretation of this manual belongs to the VCity public chain.
